Welcome to our video resource offering physiotherapy and occupational health support for patients and carers. These short films provide advice on gentle exercises and movement for patients and, for carers, information on how to safely lift and move those in their care. Each film is presented by members of our specialist rehabilitation team.
These films were made in response to some of the common questions carers and patients have put to us and we hope this direct advice will help support you to move safely. The films are subtitled and there is a downloadable and printable transcript for each one.
